Marco Villalobos

Marco joined Diversified Investment Services in 2026 as an Account Operations Associate, bringing extensive experience in investment and wealth management operations. He directly supports Mike and Milos and assists with a wide range of operational responsibilities, including account openings, new client paperwork, account transfers, wire transfers, distributions, trade processing, and other day-to-day functions that help deliver a seamless client experience.

Prior to joining Diversified Investment Services, Marco spent over 15 years with Wells Fargo Investment & Wealth Management, where he developed experience supporting regulatory and operational functions and client service efforts. Marco grew up in Garden Grove, California, and attended Santa Ana College.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors through camping, fishing, hiking, and exploring the wilderness. He also enjoys visiting national parks, taking on DIY home improvement projects, and working on his Jeep, including off-roading on iconic trails.
