Meaghan Guydon returned to Team McCarty in 2017 after a 6 year break to concentrate on domestic engineering. She currently lives in The Woodlands, TX with her husband, John, and their three children, two bunnies and a ball python.
After growing up in Yorba Linda, CA, Meaghan attended the University of Colorado at Boulder and graduated as an English major. Colorado was home until 2014 when the Guydon family moved to a beautiful suburb of Houston.
Meaghan enjoys being outdoors, family bike rides, cooking, and competing in triathlons. She has completed two Half Ironman races and several half marathons and an open water marathon swim called El Cruce. Weekends are busy with swimming and diving meets where Meaghan volunteers as a USA Swimming official or wrestling tournaments across Texas. She is also working with an illustrator to publish her second children's book, The Non-Adventures of Tommy Tantrum. Her first book, Oops, Don't Poop There, was an underwhelming success, but it was a personal goal accomplished nonetheless.
As a valued team member, Meaghan organizes data, manages social media accounts, writes company newsletters and organizes marketing efforts and special projects. She takes great pride in her work here at DIS and her ability to tell terrifically terrible kids' jokes.
